Workshops
Design Thinking.
Human Centered Design.
Human-centered design (HCD) is a creative approach to problem solving.
This is an intensive, hands-on learning experience that will challenge you to get out of your chair and out into the real world to talk to people and test your ideas. You’ll leave this experience equipped and energized to apply the human-centered design process to challenges across industries, sectors, and geographies to generate breakthrough ideas.
DISCOVERY WORKSHOPS
A Discovery Workshop is a group, hands-on activity involving an agile team, business stakeholders and where possible users.
The objective of these sessions is usually to get shared understanding of the problem to solve or opportunity to explore, get participants feedback and insights, capture ideas and map key elements of a solution.
DESIGN SPRINTS
Design Sprints are not just for developing digital products. They are also fantastic for solving complex organisational and business challenges, especially those with multiple stakeholders.
CO-DESIGN WORKSHOPS
The purpose of Co-Design Workshops is to convene a group of people you’re designing for and then bring them into the design process.
You’re not just hearing their voices, you’re empowering them to make alongside you. You can co-create services, investigate how communities work, understand how to name your solution, or what its logo should look like.
Not only is a community far more likely to adopt a practice or service that it helped create, but you’ll also gain valuable insight into all facets of your solution.
